Quality Assurance Program & 3 Year Warranty
We offer a 3-year guarantee, while the Columbus market standard is only two. Our warranty is provided to you along with an explanation at the time of the quote. As part of our guarantee, we also provide our Quality Assurance Program on all exterior houses. Even though we use the best crews and products, we still want to take a look at your house when it’s done. An extra, final eye is always helpful, especially when it’s the owner, Chris Cox. Chris has over 20 years in the industry, and he has keen eye to look over every little detail of your painting project. Chris comes out 2 to 8 weeks after the job is completed. He will leave you a note that he’s been there and let you know if we still have a few things to take care of or if the work has met his high expectation level.
